Hair Wrap Display Box
For this design, I wanted to stretch my die line skills to create a unique cutout for the front cover and side panel. This created a fun way to display the hair wrap and allow a potential buyer to feel the product while maintaining a clean and professional design.
I particularly love the 70’s retro color palette and design elements.
The product label was another fun element to really tie it all together.
The side of the display box features a quote about embracing your curly hair. With all of my projects, I try to see the product as an entire brand, not just a singular item.
The back of the box has more branding elements, as well as all of the pertinent copy information.

My Process..
I began my process with researching boxes of this type, I then started brainstorming, and finally began sketching the layout and potential ideas. Making dummies for this die line was especially crucial so I could figure out how I wanted it to layout.
The design process always evolves as the project goes on, but the early steps really help to focus my ideas.
Compostite Layout
The full composite layout shows the die line and interior design elements. I really like how the flowers bleed onto each side.
